Martin Howden formed his own Executive Coaching business in 2004. His coaching experience crosses commercial, public and charitable sectors, and includes the fields of Education, International Development, Law, Chemicals, Financial Services and Voluntary Organisations. He works both with senior and developing managers.
Prior to setting up his coaching business, Martin had 26 years business experience with ICI, Zeneca and Avecia - all of it in management positions. As well as 12 years in Business Managing Director roles, Martin held senior positions in Strategic Planning, Marketing, Operations and R & D.
He has wide international experience, having lived in the UK, USA and The Netherlands, and worked extensively in Asia. Martin has a Masters in Counselling Psychology and a Doctorate in Chemistry.
